Kilifi County Chief Officer for Blue Economy, Rahab Karisa, has lost her life after being stabbed to death by her house help.
Until her demise, Rahab served as a County Chief Officer-Blue Economy in County Government of Kilifi – a position she held held for 8 months only.
She was a passionate environmental practitioner with vast experience in environmental management majorly focusing on strategic environmental and social Impact assessments, conducting Resettlement Action Plans, and executing of environmental conservation projects, jointly working with communities towards sustainability.
