Molo Woman Storms Church Wedding to Stop Husband from Marrying Their Househelp

A lady claiming to be the groom’s first wife disrupted the colorful wedding and scolded him for marrying another woman, causing a dramatic scene.

Rose Ongachi claimed to be the groom’s first wife, and he scolded him for abandoning her to raise the children he had with her, whom she said were unable to finish their education owing to financial restrictions.

In a video recorded by Inooro FM, the upset lady stated that he had assisted the guy during their union, and she was thus perplexed that he had abandoned her to marry his new partner.

“I have been with this man for 22 years, and we have been fighting because of this particular lady. In fact, I allowed him into my life as a well-wisher, even bought clothes, but now he left me with the children. God will help me. I will look for ways to support my children,” she told Inooro FM.

The drama ensued after she made her way to the venue minutes after the groom and the bride had walked down the aisle. An altercation occurred, leading to a bitter exchange between her and the surprised groom.

“We have stayed together for 22 years. She came looking for work, and I welcomed her into my house to be my househelp. As a good Samaritan, I contributed Ksh1,000 to buy her clothes,” an infuriated RO told the press.

“I would leave her to do chores as I went to work. This time round, my husband has alienated his duties, but I know God is going to take care of them. All I want is for my children to be taken care of,” she added.

Minutes later, Nakuru-based police officers arrived at the scene to restore order and restrained the embattled wife from disrupting the event. After the tension simmered down, the groom and the bride proceeded with the wedding, much to the chagrin of the first wife.
