“Nalia kila siku” – Corazon Kwamboka opens up on struggling to raise kids as single mother

Corazon Kwamboka is speaking out about her difficult time as a single mother following her breakup with baby daddy Frankie Just Gym It.

She revealed this to Grace Ekirapa on her Cradle Love series YouTube channel.

“It was me and my kids and its a time of my life I never want to …well then I was just like alone, we had just broken up it was a time of my life that I went through so much, that sometimes I just don’t want to look back” She admitted while shedding a tear.

Adding “Coz I used to cry almost every night and they would cry”

Pointing at her daughter Corazon said; “She would cry coz she was so distressed, and the boy would cry because she was crying, then we would all start crying like it was just argh,”.

She said she was sad that her children felt her pain.

“I can’t crumble yes its very heartbreaking and then you are at a point where you dont even know what do I do, how do I handle all this and you know the worst thing? the worst thing is at that time of my life, I had a day nanny.”

This added to Corazon’s burden.

“She leaves and it’s now me, my thoughts, and my babies. So it was really really bad. ”

The Lawyer said at some point she had to come out strong. This was when news of her breakup with baby daddy Frankie Just Gym It

“And it was really hard on both parties because things happen between adults and it was like attacks on this side, attacks on this side oh karma,” she said about dealing with social media reactions.”

Corazon said she went public with her breakup because she felt all alone.

“What was I supposed to do? Sometimes you know you are at a point where you feel like no one is really understanding and then you look for that attention. You indeed look for that attention on social media, hoping that someone will kind of reach out or something,”.

She said she was aware she would open herself up to online criticism after airing her dirty laundry online.

“It’s a cry for help but people think that because you are popular you have to have it all together or you are looking for attention. Yes, you are because you really dont know what else to do,” The mother of two continued to narrate.

She was looking for a connection with netizens rather than sympathy

“You are looking for maybe the right person who will hear your cry for help, they will reach out and kind of just hold your hand. Just one person.”

She thanked her family for standing by her side at that moment but still felt like she needed some more

“Sometimes our families might not really understand and when you are going through some hardship they will just be like ni nini? what are you crying for? Like you can’t do this on your own” she shared.
