Inside Pastor Nganga’s Newstead Hotel that he is selling at KSh 800million

Neno Evangelism Center founder and Pastor James Nganga is not a small man as you see him. He is owns multi-million properties across Kenya, courtesy of his successful gospel ministry.

Pastor Ng’ang’a is now selling on of his assets -the Newstead Hotel (previously known as Sunny Hill Hotel).

The reason behind the sale is said to be his requirement for funds to support his ministry expansion plans in the United States. Ng’ang’a is aspiring to open a Sh600 million church in the US.

“That is why I am selling the hotel so that I can get enough money to finance the project,” he said in an interview.

The evangelist, who now has family in the USA, disclosed that he intends to move permanently to the States and has already begun preparations to establish his religious mission in the country.

“That is why I have been visiting America many times, is to prepare the ground. My wife is in America since she gave birth recently,” Ng’ang’a said.

The hotel is located at Naivasha along Nairobi-Nakuru Highway .He built it about 5 years ago when Kenyans trusted their pastors more than Jesus.

Located in Naivasha, Newstead Hotel Naivasha is a 4-minute drive from Kenya Wildlife Service Training Institute and 5 minutes from Naivasha District Hospital.

This hotel is 6.7 mi (10.8 km) from Lake Naivasha and 12.3 mi (19.9 km) from Mt. Longonot National Park.

It has recreational opportunities including an outdoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center, with amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, a picnic area, and barbecue grills.

The hotel’s restaurant offer 24-hour room service with buffet breakfasts are available daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM for a fee.

Other featured amenities include a 24-hour business center and a 24-hour front desk, with 5 meeting rooms available for events.

The hotel has 70 individually decorated guestrooms with cable television provided for your entertainment.

Bathrooms have shower/tub combinations and slippers. Conveniences include safes and desks, and housekeeping is provided daily.
