Uhuru Kenyatta’s niece Nana Gecaga congratulates William Ruto
Tuesday night, after the supreme court validated William Ruto’s election as the fifth President of the Republic of Kenya, President Uhuru Kenyatta’s niece Nana Gecaga offered her congratulations to the new president-elect.
The Kenyatta International Convention Centre’s CEO, Nana, sent congratulations via her social media account.
Nana said she was proud of how Kenya and her people conducted themselves during the just completed general elections in the statement.
“Congratulations to the incoming 5th President of the Republic of Kenya H.E. Dr. William Ruto and H.E.Deputy President Hon. Rìgathì Gachagua.
“I’m very proud on how Kenya and her people have handled themselves in this general election 2022,” she said.
“This has shown the world that Kenya is and always open for business. To the incoming and continuation leaders of the great republic of Kenya, may you continue to be hardworking, integral, innovative and always put Kenya and her peoples best interests 1st and lead and move Kenya forward always.
May God continue to bless Kenya and her people.”
President-elect William Ruto and his Deputy President-elect Rigathi Gachagua will be sworn in at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani on Tuesday the 13th of September, 2022.
