‘Chipo Mwitu’ vendor Bevalyne Kwamboka Helps Her Parents Get electricity Connection

Bevalyne Kwamboka, a 23-year-old Nairobi ‘chipo mwitu’ vendor, who recently went viral for promoting her street chipo business on Twitter has helped her parents acquire electricity from Kenya Power.
The elated Kenyatta University graduate took to Twitter to share the news of her new milestone, stating:
“To all my chipo mwitu supporters, we did it 😍 your small small profits zimedropia wazazi wangu stima 🥂 Ile quotation Kenya power walipea, but we made it..”

She also shared photos of electricity polls being connected to her parent’s home.

The social media post attracted thousands of retweets and likes with Kenyans on social media sending her congratulatory messages.
