“Unaharibu maisha na anasa za Nairobi”: MCA Tricky claims his parents are pressuring him to marry
Musician Tricky has disclosed that his parents frequently inquire about his intended wedding date.
The stand-up comic also mentioned that he is constructing his retirement home in Mwala and intends to move there once everything is finished in an interview with NTV.
He claims that his parents have been wondering who he is building the house for as he has not yet welcomed a woman into the residence.
“I understand where these pressures come from in our families because their days are different from our days. Most of the time they feel like ‘Tricky unaharibu maisha na anasa Nairobi bila mwanamke wa kukuweka vizuri which makes sense to them.
They are always worried huyu kijana ameturn 30 years na hajatuletea mtu. Do you know kuna mzee niliskia akiongea chini ya maji, ‘unajua kuna ile mambo ingine tunaskia huko Nairobi’ at that point niliskia kitu imeniambia ended mtu, beba mtu, leta mtu, you know this things is spreading everwhere,” he said.
He claimed that the majority of the people he spent his formative years with are married with children who have already graduated from high school.
MCA Tricky on dating Rue baby
After being spotted with Akothee’s daughter Rue Baby in different occasions, Kenyans have been suspecting that the two are an item.
However, the bosom buddies have denied rumours that they are in love.
Tricky also affirmed that he was in a relationship with a stunning woman and that he was not single.
“I have a girlfriend. She is Kenyan and not in the limelight. I have never even crushed for Rue Baby since we met. She is only a colleague in the industry. I respect that Rue is a very social and easy girl to work with, but I have never fallen for her,” MCA Tricky told Pulse.
Recently, Rue Baby also gave a rather solid answer regarding their relationship.
“Tricky and I are friends,” Rue said.
“We are just good friends and I’d say it’s just skits most of the time. Hakuna mahali mmeona ameniita girlfriend. Hakuna mahali tumesema it’s official.”
According to the model, people always think the two are an item because they work together and hang out.
