Kenyan Entertainer DJ Mo reveals they have spent KSh23 million so far on their mansion.
He made the revelation while sharing progress of the multimillion house which will comprise of 6 bedrooms, a prayer room, a home theatre and a studio.
Initially, DJ Mo anticipated that the project would cost KSh40 million but now the cost has gone up to KSh48 million.
The house is located in Daykio area on Kiganjo Road off Thika Road.
The residence will consist of six bedrooms, along with a state-of-the-art home theatre, a professional recording studio, and a dedicated prayer room.
However, Mo mentioned that there would be additional amenities associated with the house.
He refrained from disclosing these at the moment, explaining that they will be unveiled once they are successfully achieved.
Mo and his wife Size 8 held a groundbreaking ceremony on April 20, 2022, to mark beginning of construction for their new house.
They now hope the project will be done by January 2024.
