“Anachezwa na mzungu” – Miguna Miguna advises Akothee to have a signed will with new hubby

Akothee should have a prenup and a will prepared, according to Kenyan lawyer Miguna Miguna, who practices in Canada.

This came after she married her true love, Denis Schweizer alias Omosh.

Omosh’s name and line of work have remained obscure, which has sparked a range of opinions.

A prenup refers to an agreement established by a couple prior to marriage regarding who will possess each other’s assets in the event of divorce.

Francis Muli, a Tweep, claimed he had searched online but couldn’t find any information regarding OMosh.

“I’ve been looking all over for information about Akothee’s husband Denis Schweizer. There’s nothing to be found.

No education, no family, and no online footprints. Just a ‘mysterious’ guy now serving as the chairman of Akothee Foundation.” Muli Tweeted

Miguna responded to this tweet saying although he wished Akothee well, he hoped she had secured her finances.

“A bright red flag. I hope she has a prenup and a will. Wishing her well.”

Here are some of the reactions on Miguna hoping Akothee has a prenup:

@Ottishan: Come to think of it today someone said if god really wants her to be happy then I’m happy for her and if not this marriage could be a possible blow up on her

@EffKay24: I also thought along similar lines. He is in for the money, her money, and the best way for him to get a hold of it, was to shroud his intentions with “love.” For those who are quick to cast stones, please watch this space.

tha@MethaWa: Is it really necessary? What will she be protecting herself from? The law already protects her by SC ruling – that sharing of matrimonial property be pegged on one’s contributions

Kinyua@MacEamonnB: They are both preying on each other. May the wildest predator win

mycry@attenduntomycry: Wah I hope our girl hataoshwa. Anyway wishing her well.

m@akinyiagom: Akothee has united Kenyans.

That’s most important. Kenyans for one two days forgot the dollar, the high cost of living, that KRA failed to meet its targets and public servants have no salary. She’s a real madam Boss.
