Mungu amejibu maombi! Mama Rachel celebrates after short rains in Nairobi

First lady Rachel Ruto expressed gratitude to the sky for opening their doors and allowing rain to fall.

Leaders have been racking their brains for practical solutions to the starvation that is sweeping through communities as the drought continues to ravage most of Kenya.

Mama Rachel is known for continually praying for Mother Kenya, and online users adore her for it.

While inside State House Nairobi, the first lady shared a clip and expressed her gratitude that it was pouring.

Today’s evening saw heavy downpours in certain areas of Nairobi, and the first lady may be seen inside State House listening to the rain fall.

As the dust dissipated, a flag swung from left to right as though Kenyans were celebrating with it.

Regarding the current drought, Charlene Ruto requested advice from Kenyans on how to lessen the problem.
