“People Hates Him Because He Has Me”: Mungai Eve Defends Boyfriend Trevor from Haters

Kenya’s leading YouTuber has come out to defend her boyfriend, Trevor, who also doubles up as her director and videographer

The couple has been facing backlashes since they started becoming famous, with many people claiming that Trevor is rude.

Andrew Kibe, one of the people who have been openly hostile towards them, always refers to Trevor as “Kafukuswi.” Kibe has stated numerous times that Trevor does not Mungai Eve.

Well, for Eve, Trevor is the most amazing person she’s ever met.

Speaking with Jalang’o in Bonga na Jalas, Eve revealed that Trevor is kinder than her. She claimed that Trevor can stand all kinds of people, contrary to her who is mean to nonsensical people.

On why Trevor faces a lot of online hate, Eve accused haters of being jealous of Trevor because he has her as his own. She claimed she is a beautiful woman with brains; hence, people detest their relationship.

She further explained that the culture of rebuking men for supporting their women is another reason people are unhappy with Trevor.

“I think its human nature for people to think that men are not supposed to support their women. But, I am hoping this attitude will change when Martha Karua becomes deputgy president of this country,” she stated.

As is with many couples working together, Eve revealed that she and Trevor have a challenging time separating their work for their relationship.

“There was a time we were only about. We wake up, go to work and come to sleep. It felt like we work partners instead of lovers,” Eve opened up.

The realization helped them plan themselves effectively by deciding not to work on Mondays.

“We do not shoot on Monday. Monday is our day to chill and spend time as lovers we can decide to go for dinner or stay at home and do something together,” she explained.

Eve and her boyfriend are an inspiration in terms of work and relationship. The two are currently making a Million from YouTube.
