SHOCK as pastor invited to pray for KCSE candidates disapears with female student

An unfortunate incident occurred during a prayer session for Form Four candidates at Ngererit Secondary School in Bomet County when the pastor leading the service disappeared into thin air with one of the female candidates following the ceremony.

According to a police complaint at Konoin police station, the suspect and the student were last seen getting into a Boda boda at Mogogosiek Trading Center before they vanished down a dusty murram road without leaving any other traces.

The incident was reported to the local OCS, according to Leonard Ngugi, the director of education for Bomet County. The two are alleged to have entered neighboring Narok County.

“We are hoping that the police are making their effort to nab them wherever they are so that the parents are handed over their child to proceed with her education. It’s unfortunate that the student should now be revising for her national exams,” Ngugi said.

Bomet County Parents Teachers Association (PTA) chair Stephen Kosgei urged schools to be very cautious about visitors interacting with students.
