Nyanza MP Aspirant passionately calls Ruto ‘Baba’ on his speech

On Thursday, Bernard Odinga called UDA presidential candidate William Ruto “Baba” while speaking during Kenyan Kwanza manifesto launch.

Raila Odinga, the leader of the Azimio, is often referred to as “baba” or “baba” in popular speech.

After the DP unveiled his platform at Kasarani Stadium, Bernard began to ask questions and for the majority of his speech referred to Ruto as Baba.

“Sisi kazi yetu ni kuvua samaki Baba. Kwa ajenda zako hatujasikia tutapata usaidizi namna gani kule Siaya kwa sababu Baba unaona mambo ya Lake … hatuna security,” he said.

Bernard implored Ruto to go to the region once more, claiming that Kenya Kwanza candidates and supporters support him.

“Baba, we are your children from Siaya. When you visited Kisumu, I invited you and you promised to come after December. Now I’m urging you as your candidate, Baba please visit us.”

Ruto’s concept was centered in his manifesto on improving the lives of common people.

He stated that he will put a lot of emphasis on risk management and risk mitigation in his plan for agricultural growth and development.

“They include crop and livestock insurance schemes, commodity market instruments such as forward contracts, futures contracts and price stabilization schemes,” Ruto said.

However, he avoided talking about fish farming or, indirectly, the sporadic fighting between Kenyans and Ugandans in Lake Victoria.
