Zuchu pens emotional letter to her biological mother

Fans are in awe of Tanzanian singer Zuchu after she wrote a touching letter to her mother, the great Taarab vocalist Khadija Kopa.

The singer of “Sukari,” in a letter titled “Dear Mother,” commended her mother for instilling in her a sense of right and wrong.

“Umenifundisha mema na kunikanya mabaya .ukanisindikiza kwenye safari ndefu ya ndoto zangu bila ya kuchoka .Bila yako nisingefikia hata robo ya niliyonayo leo .Umenivumilia mda nnapokua muovu kwako na nnapokutia aibu ndogo na kubwa .Kisirani changu hakijawahi kua tatizo kwako unaniona mwehu tu 😂.”

She went on to tell the world how much she loves her mother, prayig she gets favour from God.

“Nakupenda sana malkia wangu Allah Namuomba akuondoshee dhiki na akupe furaha ya milele bila ya wewe mimi ni nani.Acha nipambane mwanao uishi kama malkia Natamani ustaafu ukae zako miguu juu ule kuku kwa mrija ila Taratibu ndo mwendo Allah yuponasi kwenye hili .kila dunia inavyozidi kuzunguka inanifunza kua wewe pekee ndo rafiki yangu na mimi Nikwambie tu nakupenda sana My best friend.”

“Happy mother’s day To My Jannat and all the beautiful Moms.” She concluded her letter

Zuchu comes from a musical family with her mother having introduced her to music, some of her siblings are also artistes, including a brother who sings Qaswida.
