Musician Ringtone Apoko has announced that he has quit singing gospel songs, says he will start singing secular songs.
Ringtone announced his decision to leave gospel music in a video that he posted on Tuesday, July 6.
The Pamela hitmaker claims that he will join the secular music industry and sing love songs there.
He expressed gratitude to all the gospel musicians for their unwavering support.
Taking to social media, the grateful Apoko thanked Kenyans for always supporting him through his music journey.
“I thank all of you for supporting me when I was singing gospel. Sasa nimeamua kuimba ma-love songs. So naomba muendelee kuni-support..so bye bye gospel industry,” Ringtone said in a video.
