Akothee Explains Why She Didn’t Celebrate Her Baby Daddies on Father’s Day

When Akothee decided to celebrate herself as her five children’s “father” on Father’s Day, people took notice.

Father’s Day is a day dedicated to celebrating paternity, paternal ties, and the contribution of dads to society. [sic]

Akothee celebrated her father as the only other male role model on Father’s Day. In a social media post, she gushed about her father.

On Father’s Day, the self-described “president of single mothers” penned a letter to herself thanking herself for parenting her children alone.

Akothee is the mother of five kids who are the offspring of three distinct baby daddies from three different countries: a Kenyan, a Frenchman, and a Swiss.

Her three daughters Vesha, Celly Rue and Prudence were fathered by her first husband Jared Okello while her sons Ojwang and Oyoo were sired by the Frenchman and Swiss respectively.

Akothee explained in her letter why she ignored her three baby daddies to celebrate herself on Father’s Day.
