Foreigner in tears after Kenyan woman switches off her phone after his arrival at JKIA

Mr. Champagne, a singer from Burundi, expressed his disappointment with the unexpected turn of events upon his arrival in Kenya.

He shared that his Kenyan partner, whom he had been in a long-distance relationship with, suddenly became unreachable by switching off her mobile phone.

Despite investing a substantial amount of money, around KSh 2 million, in their relationship, he was surprised by her disappearance.

His visit to Kenya was meant for both a media tour and to finally meet his partner in person, but he was left puzzled by her absence at the airport and the lack of communication.

“I have come to Kenya for a media tour and to meet a certain lady because I loved her so much. We have been communicating on the phone, but I have not seen her here at the airport, and she is unreachable.

I have spent a lot of money on her. I have to look for her because I have so far given her KSh 2 million. She might have conned me, but if that is the case, then it is going to be a war,” he said.
