“Enda skia vibaya huko!” – Kenyans tell Eugene Wamalwa after complaining of devolution being left out

Former Devolution Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa has reacted to latest cabinet appointments by president William Ruto.

Taking to his twitter account, the outgoing Defence CS congratulated Aden Duale and Monica Juma following their appointments.

However, he lamented the fact the president left out Devolution ministry in his administration. In his announcement, Ruto didn’t name a CS for devolution.

“May l congratulate my colleagues @CsChelugui & @AmbMonicaJuma on their nomination,as well as my friend @HonAdenDuale to whom l will be handing over as CS Defence. But am at a loss as to what happens to Devolution,is it an oversight or it is not a priority to this Administration?” he said.

This elicited mixed reactions among Kenyans;
