Winnie Odinga, a member of the East African Legislative Assembly, has revealed that she has not yet met a confident man who can propose to her.

For the first time in nine years, Winnie admitted to being unmarried in an interview with Mpasho.

“I have not found the right person when I meet them, they start by being confident, kidogo kidogo politics, kidogo kidogo baba calls me and they get shocked, I am yet to find that confident Kenyan man,” she said.

Winnie said her confidence comes from her father, Opposition leader Raila Odinga, adding that she is looking for that sort of confidence in a man.

“I am still looking, you never know, but especially a Kenyan man. I don’t mind other cultures, but just somebody who understands me.”

Winnie admitted that a lot of science has been done in this area recently, and that she can even have children at the age of 80.

“I am currently enjoying myself, I actually don’t know how to date as not Winnie Odinga,” she said.

Winnie said she likes listening to Kenyan musicians such as Khaligraph Jones with her fave song being ” Omollo kutoka Bondo”.

She added that she was such a hip-hop head and named artists she liked listening to like; Boutross, Wakadinali, Nameless, and Jua Kali.

About her favourite TV show, she revealed that she enjoyed watching Kenyan shows such as “Single Kiasi” on Showmax, not forgetting Kalondu Musyimi as her favourite content creator.

About her 2023, Odinga said that she is focusing on tech. “I’m doing digital. I want the country to be digitalized, we need access to computers, I’m working on digital labs, and the tax issues for content creators to go, I believe that if people have access to the internet they can do everything they want to do,” she said.
