A 70-year-old woman who has never been in a relationship or slept with a man stated that she is seeking for a 21-year-old male.
Genevieve, as she is known, has a medical condition that requires her to crawl because she cannot use her legs.
The physically challenged woman told Afrimax in an exclusive interview that she was born in 1952, although she had no problems with her legs at the time.
Her parents eventually noted, however, that she found it difficult to walk and crawl when attempting to make movements.
They expected the situation to improve as she grew, but it didn’t.
Genevieve was said to have been infected as a child, which affected her legs, making the woman a liability for her parents.
Her parents didn’t send her to school because they couldn’t afford a wheelchair and could not be carrying her every day.
Apart from not acquiring education, her condition meant she couldn’t also get a boyfriend.
The 70-year-old was all alone after the demise of her parents, and her neighbours stepped in to offer her the support she needed.
According to Genevieve, her condition made it difficult for her to make ends meet or leave the house.
The woman added that her neighbours, though not well to do, resorted to giving her food, but this doesn’t come often.
