Inside William Kabogo’s Kingly Kiambu House Going For Sh. 44 Million [PHOTOS]

Former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo is one of the country’s wealthiest people, and he isn’t hesitant to flaunt his multi-million dollar fortune.

In Windsor, Kiambu County, the former county boss owns a multi-million dollar mansion.

Images of the former governor’s residence will easily make you mistakes it for a five-star hotel.

Parts of his house are fitted with a glass wall, which makes it more stately. This one is irresistibly beautiful.

It has more than one swimming pool along with a jacuzzi. The residence has a well-manicured lawn, and a man-made dam in the rear. The home also has a helipad.

A few weeks ago, the Kiambu Governor aspirant shared an image of himself sharing a premium glass of whisky with a guest at his in-house bar.

According to reports, the vocal politician also owns another lavish beach house in Nyali, Mombasa County.

Kabogo is also the proprietor of the lavish Iguta Paradise Homes which are located along Kiambu Road.

The investment has 60 units of 4 bedroom villas with features such as en-suite bedrooms, master bedroom with a walk-in closet, home office, and private gym.

Reports according to multiple realtors and commercial property listings, indicate that the houses are being sold for between Kh40 million to Ksh42 million.

This means that at 100 percent occupancy, Kabogo will have raked in a cool Ksh2 billion through the sale.

Though the source of his wealth was long in question, the politician during an past interview with K24 revealed that he owns multiple businesses that made him billions.

During the interview with former Punchline show’s host Anne Kiguta, the former governor stated that he is worth billions, without mentioning the exact figure.

This is after Kiguta posed a series of targeted questions towards how he got the wealth and his own character.

“What is your net worth,” posed Kiguta. “My net worth is good…no figures,” Kabogo stated.

“Why do you want me to advertise here what I own? I’m a wealthy man, that I will agree,” he conceded.

He revealed that he made millions while operating a car import business in the 1990s.

“In the 1990s, I used to import cars. Then you needed a license to import cars.

“I remember my last shipment of cars from Japan to here, was a whole vessel with 175 cars. So if you are making Ksh100,000 per car, how much is that? Big-time money,” he shared.

He also revealed that he was a supplier for supermarkets and was among the founders of the now famous Eastleigh Market.

“I am the one who started the Eastleigh Market…Here I am, clean as snow,” he said.
