VIDEO: Excited Rigathi Gachagua dangerously hangs on car window as he waves to Kenyans

On Sunday, September 18, President William Ruto traveled for the United Kingdom, leaving his deputy, Rigathi Gachagua, in charge.

Gachagua participated in one of his duties on Friday, September 23, by attending the 94th National Music Festival awards gala concluding event in Kisumu.

Notably, the second in command was greeted with a stirring welcome by hundreds of citizens who had congregated at the school’s gate when he arrived at Kisumu Girls High School.

After he finished speaking, “Gachagua” and “Wapi Ruto” chants filled the air.

The DP addressed the cheering throng as he and his convoy wound through the city after the event, en route to Kisumu International Airport.

Gachagua, however, hanged himself in a potentially fatal manner on the wall, prompting a range of responses on social media.

Gachagua is shown in a video securely grasping the car’s door with one hand and waving at the crowd with the other.

Additionally, the car door is being held open from behind by the assistant to the second in command to keep the DP from falling.

From the video, Riggy G, also known as Gachagua, appears happy and ecstatic.
Some might even say that power is sweet.
