“Crooks! Mumejenga shule ngapi?” – Miguna Miguna slams Freemason’s Ambrose Rachier

Ambrose Rachier, the Gor Mahia chairman, has been urged by outspoken attorney Miguna Miguna to be open about the covert group’s involvement in freemasonry.

Kenyans have reacted differently to Rachier’s latest admission that he belongs to the Freemason organization.

In his admission, the Gor Mahia head said that members of the covert group participate in a variety of charitable activities.

On Monday, October 3, Miguna dispelled rumors that the freemasonry organization performs charitable work in the community by taking to social media.

Rachier was asked by the contentious lawyer to reveal some of the charitable endeavors carried out by the covert organization in Siaya County, the birthplace of Gor Mahia chair, for the general public.

“Ambrose Rachier hails from dirt-poor Gem in Siaya County. If freemasonry is the champion of charity, how many schools, hospitals, orphanages and shelters for the homeless have they built? How many scholarships has Rachier funded?” Miguna posed.

Miguna further wondered why the group’s activities, such as taking an oath, occur in ‘darkness’.

“He (Ambrose Rachier) cannot compare public oaths physicians, advocates and those elected to public office take in the open with shady freemason oath they take in darkness. We challenge them to operate openly,” he stated.

Miguna added that for Kenyans to believe the story by the Gor Mahia chair, he should make public the members’ names.

“For Ambrose Rachier and his fellow members to convince anyone that freemasonry is an honourable thing, let them publish the names of all their members, open up their temples of sins and recruit both men and women publicly. CROOKS won’t do that in a million years,” he added.
