Moses Kuria mocks Raila’s lawyers, Calls them “pedestrian and quack”

Moses Kuria, a former Gatundu South MP, has recently asserted that he is relieved that the Supreme Court rejected his plea.

The top court dismissed Kuria’s petition on the grounds that it neither sought to contest William Ruto’s election as president-elect nor included Ruto as a party.

The outspoken lawmaker claims on his Facebook page that if his petition had been approved, he would have faced up against “pedestrian and quack” lawyers to argue his case.

“If I would have been arguing my petition alongside these pedestrian quack lawyers, I feel happy Supreme Court struck out my petition,” Kuria posted.

Willis Otieno’s testimony before the Supreme Court was further derided by Kuria, who claimed that it was the “strongest case” Raila had ever made.

After singing the well-known children’s rhyme “Inky Pinky Ponky” in Dholuo during his submission, the talented attorney had the judges and court staff in fits of laughter.
