Bahati reveals Diana used to disappear from home after disagreement: “I have never cheated on her”
The singer Bahati has admitted that the early years of his marriage to Diana Marua were difficult.
Bahati admitted that he frequently argued with Diana during an interview with Radio Citizen.
Bahati claimed that following the altercations, Diana would vanish from their house.
Three times in a single year, Diana ran away from home, according to the Machozi hitmaker.
“The first year she disappeared after we disagreed, it was one of the toughest moments for me. I would be forced to follow her to their home, then would start from zero again. She walked out 2 or 3 times in one year,” Bahati said.
Diana used to gripe, according to Bahati, that he wasn’t providing the family the attention it needed.
“It was difficult to balance my music career and family. She had a newborn. She has never caught me cheating, one of my phones does not even have a password, the other she knows the password,” Bahati said.
In a related incident, Bahati’s public pleading with his wife Diana Marua to bear him another child drew conflicting responses online.
Diana had posted a sweet Tbt picture with their daughter Heaven, and the Mama hitmaker left a remark on the post.
“Nipee mmoja wa mwisho(Give me one last child).”
