Popular Inooro TV Presenter Miracle Baby Quits Station After 5 Yrs

Famous Inooro TV host Peter Njuguna, also known by his stage name Miracle Baby, made an announcement about leaving the local TV network.

The presenter cum singer announced in a statement on February 24 that he was leaving the station owned by Royal Media Services (RMS) for personal reasons.

“Sorry to my fans, I will no longer be working with Royal Media Service,” he announced.

Njuguna was the co-host of the popular reggae show, Wirekererie, which airs on Saturday from 10 pm to 1 am alongside Nonoo Katoto Ka Uras.

“I quit because of personal reasons but I know for the five years I worked at Royal Media House, I made your day,” he added.

Additionally, he informed his fans that he will let them know of his next move after the departure and hinted at joining a reggae radio station to further his career.

News of his exit was sadly received by his fans who expressed their love for him urging him to go back to the studio and make music.

“A change is as good as a rest, we wish you well wherever you are going and continue scaling to higher heights we will miss you,” one fan stated.

His exit came months after Winrose Wangui, a news anchor at the station left after seven years. She announced her exit while reading the 9 pm news bulletin.

“I wanted to personally take this opportunity to fill you in because I feel we have been a family that has shared a bond over the years. Tonight marks the final time that I work at Inooro TV and anchor news at RMS,” she declared.

Inooro TV is one of the vernacular stations in the country. It is under Royal Media Services alongside other radio and TV stations.
