Today is Madaraka Day in Kenya, and Deputy President William Ruto has demonstrated that he is the embodiment of a wonderful spouse.
In front of a cheering throng, he was seen assisting his wife Rachel Ruto in carefully securing her sash.
He was seen trying to untie and retie it in one instance, wanting to correct it and make it look like it should be worn.
The deputy president turned a complete 360 degrees, with the camera showing him behind his wife’s back at one point, attempting to remove the sash from her back.
