Anita Nderu, an award-winning media personality, just disclosed the gender of her unborn child, and boy are we thrilled.
Anita did not conduct a gender reveal at the intimate yet extravagant baby shower that her close friends and family planned, and the day’s colors were wonderfully earthy and neutral.
Nobody left anything to chance when they called the infant “Peanut” in their posts.
But Anita confirmed that she is having a girl during a session on her Instagram Stories where she was discussing about the baby’s room and referred to tiny Peanut as “she.”
” It has been a fun DIY day, we have done the most we could with the room today, I’m actually covered in dust.” Anita started off.
She the went on to reveal the look they were going for for their daughters room, without giving out too many details Anita hinted that the baby’s room was going to be extra and as fabulously lavish.
” We really want her room to be like a really really cute hotel room type of situation,” Anita said.
The soon to be mom however noted that there was a snarl up with the final preparations as they did not have the baby’s bed yet.
“But we do not have a bed yet, and I do not have the heart to tell my husband another Kenyan company that I vouched for is once again letting us down.” Anita whined.
“This is like the fourth company that is letting us down now. Like I like supporting Kenyan businesses and small businesses at that but then I’m just like… and I’m so confused like I have to ask, how do some of these companies make money?” The over dressed cook host ranted.
The soon to be mom went on to add that she was frantically looking for a bed for little peanut as the baby’s arrival was really close.
” I have to find a place that I can purchase a ready made bed that does not smell of paint or wood that I can have delivered as soon as possible as it is holding up how the rest of the room is going to be done.” Anita said.
4 days ago she revealed that she is close to delivery and they are expecting the baby any time soon.
