The newest multi-millionaire in town is Stephen Ojwang, a Nairobi businessman and ardent Gor Mahia Football Club fan.
Ojwang, who is from Aboke in Siaya County, earned a whopping KSh 23 million in the SportPesa Midweek Jackpot after correctly calling the results of 13 football games.

Ojwang’s first ever winning bet was on his favourite football club Gor Mahia months ago.
Luck shone on him again last Saturday when he took home KSh 23,027,939 from the Midweek Jackpot.
“I used to place one or two bets to try and win the jackpot and then I increased to placing between five and seven to improve my chances of winning the jackpot. I am happy it has paid off,” he said.
Asked how he plans to spend the cash, Ojwang disclosed that his first contribution will be to his church because one cannot win without the hand of God.
