SHOCK! Pastor caught with human parts in Bungoma

Following the discovery of human body parts inside his vehicle, a pastor was taken into custody in Webuye East, Bungoma.

In a statement released on Tuesday, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) stated that the suspect was taken into custody on Monday at a carwash in Bungoma’s Masikhu market.

“He took his car for body wash at the car wash a moment before the puzzling discovery was made,” the DCI said.

The suspect is a pastor at a local ministry in Ndivisi Ward.

During the final cleaning of the car’s boot, a carwash attendant noticed a protruding human leg, partially burnt, resting amongst other body parts stored in a carton.

The attendant alerted the station manager, who then promptly contacted the police.

According to DCI, officers arrived at the scene before the suspect could leave and took him into custody.

“The suspect is currently in custody assisting with the investigation,” the DCI said in a statement on X.

DCI said that the recovered body parts have been transported to the Webuye County Hospital morgue for further analysis and preservation.
