Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has claimed that the price of cooking flour will be reduced in the next government.
According to Kuria, Deputy President William Ruto will reduce the price of unga to Ksh 90 once he takes over office from President Kenyatta.
The vocal MP took to his facebook account to claim that President Uhuru Kenyatta
“Uhuru Kenyatta has sent his Jubilee candidates to give you a free packet of Unga for every voter. The retail price for a 2kg packet of Unga is Ksh 230. When Uhuru’s gift comes, take it but send them back with a message to Uhuru. That in 45 days William Ruto will bring down the price of Unga to Ksh 90 for a 2 Kg packet.”
