According to reports, a Kenyan woman going by the name Kushy has admitted that she looks just like international hip-hop artist Nicki Minaj.
On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, for the better part of Tuesday morning, Kushy became popular following an online content creator interview on TikTok.
“I feel good, looking like the queen,” she responded when questioned on how it feels to resemble Nicki Minaj.
The interviewer went ahead and asked how she handles the pressure from online but Kushy said that she gets no pressure because she was not famous.
Kushy’s efforts of having a conversation with Nicki Minaj have bore no fruits since she has not responded to her messages.
“I have only texted her to say happy birthday but she did not respond,” she added.
Social media users have however dismissed the claims saying that they do not resemble at all.
Nicki Minaj on her side has not yet responded to the allegations.
In Kenya, there is also a man who has been claiming to resemble Nigeria’s top artiste Ruger and a lady who claims to be the Kenyan Cardi B.
The trend has started to appear like a norm for the youth in the country.
