Rapper Juliani, real name Julius Owino, has declared war on Kenyans, saying he is bankrupt.
The Exponential Potential hitmaker mockingly requested financial support from Kenyans via a Tweet on September 21.
The two-time father claimed he was bankrupt and lacked the funds to even purchase diapers for his child with Lilian Ng’ang’a.
Juliani afterwards shared an M-Pesa till number and requested donations from well-wishers.
Juliani wrote, mockingly referring to himself as a failing rapper;
“Wase! Nikubaya niko (things are bad, I am) broke! Mtoi anahitaji (my child needs) pampers. Please send M-Pesa.
Paybill, business number – 784577, account- Juliani. Chochote unaeza itasaidia (whatever little you give will help). Yours truly, struggling rapper/entrepreneur.”

In addition to the letter, Juliani sent an old photograph of himself performing as a struggling musician with Ukoo Flani.
The performer had short hair before growing dreadlocks and was sporting a blue shirt.
The rapper then cautioned followers not to believe everything they see online in the Tweet’s comments area.
“Please treat this message with contempt like the rest that keeps coming your way. Never believe what’s online.”
Here are some of the comments from Kenyans:
@bevalynekwambo3: Kuja upeel waru nikulipe basi🥺
@Goddie_Ke: Nikibariki wenzako ulikua mechi kwa gavana
@wapine1: Seriously ulikula kitu mwanaume mwenzako amekula over 30,000 nights? Kweli men are 🐕
@Am_DeJa_Vu: Uko njaa na hata huezi karanga hoe hahe shagala bagala… Anyways sai ni masaa ya kulipa gharama ya kuchukua bibi ya wenyewe 🤣😂
@BensonMwongera: If at all this request is legit, with all due respect there are Kenyans who don’t have the networks, capabilities, influence influence and energy that you have who aren’t begging. Let go of ego/pride and look for something to do to fend for your family.
@alexcellency: Sarcasm or not, they’ve dragged you into their pettiness and you are gladly in the mud. Anyway Vawulence FM we tuned in. Peace has never been an option
