“Sina time ya kulea” – Nadia Mukami says she’s not ready to have more kids
On Sunday, May 12, Nadia Mukami and Arrow Bwoy organized a Mother’s Day celebration in Nairobi, gathering their friends together.
This special day was made possible by Nadia’s foundation, Lola and Safari. During the event, Arrow praised Nadia as the most hardworking mother and wife he knows.
The couple also took the opportunity to speak to the media about their family life and whether they have any intentions of expanding their family. Currently, they have a 2-year-old son named Kai.
Nadia expressed that motherhood has become a more effortless and delightful experience for her.
“Siku hizi anaji express, it feels good, you are like ama nizae, I saw some pregnant ladies and I was like they look so cute, I miss this year’s experience. It’s not that bad how people make motherhood sound,” she said.
“Baby number 2?…hmmmmaiee, weeh,” she said as Arrow Bwoy who indicated he was open to trying to conceive.
“She will be throwing up when eating, her stomach is bloating, sijui signs ama ni kushiba,” he trolled her as she shut him down, “Wueh you will make people think I am pregnant, I am not,” she shouted back.
Speaking on another child, she declared, “Uhmm apana. Mtoto saa hii? No, but maybe in the next two or one years,” she indicated the delay is over projects she has put in place that need her focus and attention.
“Time ya kuwalea ndio sina.”
Is Nadia Mukami married?
Few months ago, Nadia Mukami claimed she was still eligible to be with someone else as her baby daddy and lover, Arrow Bwoy, is yet to pay her parents the required dowry.
The singer, who has been in a relationship with Arrow Bwoy was on a radio interview at KISS FM where she said she is still in the market.
“I’m not married. It’s a fact. I’m not married, hajanilipa mahari. He is with me on credit. Niko soko. I think in 21st century, we need to tell our men that kama hujanilipa mahari, bado mguu moja uko huku na nyingine huku. I am just your girlfriend, not wife, (I’m not married, he’s yet to pay dowry. I’m still in the market. We need to tell our men that if you have not paid dowry, then one leg is here and the other is elsewhere),” she said.
Nadia once revealed that when she first met Arrow Bwoy, he wasn’t her ideal man and that he simped so much.
“Hata hakuwa type yangu.Arrow Bwoy hajawahikuwa type yangu. Kipindi tunaanza hakuwa type yangu, (He wasn’t my type. He has never been my type),” she said.
Nadia also shared that when they initially broke up, she was done with the relationship, and it took him to reach out to her mum to intervene.
