My brother demanded that she explains where she had spent the night but she refused, prompting him to punish her,” said Brigid.

When her brother asked her to accompany him to where she had spent the night, she escaped along the way and returned home.

Our officers visited the scene and found the body hanging from the roof with a rope around the neck. There were no visible injuries,” Mr Ali noted.

You would be wrong to think that our politicians had it all when growing up. Some of them like Senator Kipchumba Murkomen went through a simple life as portrayed in one of the photos that he shared on his twitter handle on Friday.

The Senator shared a never seen before photo of what Christmas was like to him and his family in the 80s and Kenyans couldn’t help but get thrilled.

On the photo, little Murkomen stands beside his younger sibling with their mom standing behind them. Their father, on the other hand, poses while holding a radio cassette which was quite a big deal back in the 80s and 90s.

“Christmas season 1987. Mum holding me with my follower Amos. Dad holding his precious machine” Murkomen captioned his throwback photo.

See what Kenyans on twitter had to say in regards to the photo:

Rosemary shared her journey with the congregation at St Peter’s ACK church in Bondo, Siaya County.

She told the congregation: “I felt alone and had to quickly learn to use sounds and movements of people to tell who was around me. Those were the most trying moments of my life.”

People would see me and think I was able to see because my eyes were ‘wide open’. I am grateful for your prayers and support during those difficult times,” she added.

Ms Odinga recalled how it was especially painful for her as a mother to not to see her children.

Her father, Raila Odinga also opened up on the challenges his family faced seeking treatment for Rosemary.

We got to appoint where we nearly gave up as a family after unsuccessfully visiting many hospitals… she was finally healed in India,” he said.

Doctors in South Africa said she will never regain her sight. However, a friend introduced us to a doctor in India who used herbal medicine to help her recover,” Mr Odinga stated.

Busia Man writes five new commandments, says Jesus dropped them at his house

A man in Kenya has released five new commandments claiming they were dumped at his house by Jesus Himself.

Busia Man writes five new commandments, says Jesus dropped them at his house

Francis Ouma, aged 73, a resident of Busia County in an interview with the BBC Swahili claimed that God told him to build a cave, and in that specific cave, Jesus deposited him the five commandments, a revised copy at that.

According to Ouma, God told him to construct this cave and he has been on the job since 1967.

“I started building this house in February 1967 around 12 noon. God gave me the map through a dream. He instructed me to build this building. Not that I dreamt…No, it was God himself who brought the map to me,” he told BBC.

The cave housing over 24 rooms came to a standstill when Ouma ran out cash and he decided to take on a night watchman job in Eldoret for at least 15 years.

It is in this same house that Ouma claims Jesus dropped him a revised copy of five commandments to share with the world. He claims this is because people had long disobeyed and forgotten the initial 10 commandments.

“I woke up one morning, and I found the commandments down on the floor here. There is no other person except Jesus himself who brought those commandments. He said that because people had disobeyed and forgotten the original 10 commandments, then these five should be used,” he said in Swahili.

Here are the five commandments according to Ouma;

  • Love God your Creator
  • Love Jesus for his resurrection in this world
  • Enjoy this world by making money
  • There are only two tribes in this world; Man and Woman
  • There is one God, one world, praise him.

7 Serious Things You Need to Know before dating/Marrying Kalenjin Man

0

Much has been said about our brothers from the Rift.

But being one of the sons from the soil, I can agree that these are the special qualities that define Kalenjin men when it comes to relationship, marriage, dating, politics and financial management.

Here are some of the characteristics of Kalenjin men:

1. They are humble

Kalenjin men are the most humble tribe in Kenya. They are not carried away by wealth or social status.

These are the people who behave like low class citizens yet they have everything that could make them brag around.

2. They make the best husbands

Kalenjin men play the role of father figure perfectly and they love their wives.

They are good providers and also romantic.

3. They like being worshipped by wives

Kalenjin men like dominating in marriage. They hate women who compete with them in relationship and marriage.

A Kalenjin man never gives his wife a chance to contribute to family decisions.

4. They are loyal

When a Kalenjin man tells you he will support you then be sure he means what he says, and when he says NO then take his answer very seriously.

When a Kalenjin man develops trust in you, he will stick with you to the bitter end.

5. Violent

7 Serious Things You Need to Know before dating/Marrying Kalenjin Man

Despite being humble, a Kalenjin man sometimes has a character that doesn’t augur well for him. He is a man who can be extremely violent when irritated but a cool guy when in good terms with you.

6. Intelligent

It is hard to find a Kalenjin man who does not connect ideas; he is a man who was created to reason and become innovative.

In school, for instance, a Kalenjin man is gifted and in a class of students from different tribes, you won’t miss a Kalenjin in top three when it comes to performance.

7. They don’t know how to approach women

Almost 70 % of Kalenjin men don’t know how to seduce women. They might be having the feeling of talking to a lady but they don’t have the courage to approach her.

If another man takes the lady they were having a crush on, they will feel extremely irritated.

Governor Mutua had claimed that the DP conveyed the threat over a handshake that they shared o December 11, 2019 at State House Nairobi.

“I came face to face with the Deputy President, who was in the company of [Aden] Duale. While squeezing my hand he said, ‘Wewe jamaa umekuwa ukinichapa sana (you have been attacking me too much).

“(You heard what that guy said, didn’t you? He was complaining about me…did you hear what he said that I did? [laughs] I just greeted him and looked at him and that made him run to the police claiming that I threatened him. Had he been greeted by one of these rowers, wouldn’t he have ran to report at the Hague! ),” DP Ruto jested.

Embassava Sacco operators have won the hearts of Kenyans after their crew helped an expectant woman deliver a baby on Saturday night.

The woman was on her way to Pumwani Maternity Hospital in the company of her husband when she developed contractions at the Embakasi Bus Terminus.

I just saw a woman writhing in pain before she went down on her knees while her husband, who was carrying a bag, tried to help her to her feet. Just then she made a loud scream and the baby came out, luckily enough I was right on time to hold the baby’s head as she came out,” Joseph Anari, one of the matatu crew members told a local daily.

Eye witnesses recounted that the crew offered their jackets to wrap the baby and cordoned off the area as other well-wishers also joined in with another woman offering her hairband to tie the baby’s umbilical cord.
