Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha released the results of the just completed 2021 KCPE test on Monday.
The CS emphasized the top scorers in the examination, which is the second to last before the education curriculum fully switches to a competency-based curriculum.
According to the CS, the highest score was 428.
Male applicants outperformed female candidates in languages, whereas female candidates outperformed male candidates in STEM courses.
CS According to George Magoha, there are 11,857 people with at least 400 points.
Two special needs students receive scores of 400 or higher, while 337 kids receive scores of 300 to 399.
With 417 points, Bethany Migosi of Thorngrove Academy is the best special needs student.
