Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi has offered to educate a 17-year-old boy who was arrested by police after trying to steal an aircraft in Gilgil, Nakuru County.
According to reports, the young lad identified as David Chege tried to steal this Light Aircraft from a ranch but he ended up crashing before it could take off.
According to reports, the boy accessed the cockpit and taxed the plane, the engine started but was stopped by a live fence before it could fly.
