While you are busy crying that life in Kenya has become difficult, a man is giving witchdoctors a whooping 135k to help him “cure” his wife’s cheating behavior.
I am telling you, you have not seen it all.
Check this out.
Residents of Karagita Estate, Naivasha, were treated to a rare drama after three men, who pretended to be witchdoctors, were arrested for scamming a man 135k.
The trio, whose identities have not been revealed, had told the man that they would help him “deal” with his cheating wife.
The 135k in question was part of the fee they required for “treating” the man’s problem of having a cheating wife.
Among other requirements the man needed to provide were his wife’s underwear and hair.
The police reported that they recovered the woman’s underwear in a jerrican during the time of the arrest.
Trouble started when the witch doctors’ “medicine” did not work as expected.
The victim claimed that his wife’s cheating behavior persisted, making him realize that he had been duped.
He decided to share his ordeal with his friends, who advised him to report the trio of witchdoctors to the police.
Naivasha OCPD confirmed the case. He claimed that the witch doctors would be charged with various offenses like obtaining through false pretense.
He explained, “The three had promised that they would make sure that the woman in question stopped straying, but they failed to deliver.”
