Akothee advises women to pay subscription fees for men to use Nairobi Expressway
Kenyan artist Esther Akoth alias Akothee took to Instagram to give her stand on who should pay Nairobi Expressway bills for couple motorists.
According to the musician -cum business lady, women should pay a yearly subscriptions for their husbands for the express highway, in order to end the traffic excuses all the time.
She stated:
“All women should pay for their husbands a yearly subscription of the Express highway. Tume Maliaza hii game ya, I was stuck in the traffic. What I love about it its that the reciept has time and date ,so Akivuka mlolongo niko na receipt. Work your way to the top because its only the bottom that’s is overcrowded. I need to buy you a drink.”
Men footing the bills
In other news, akothee had warned men not to be confortable around women paying bills.
According to her, for one to be considered a man in a woman’s world, he must be in a position to provide solutions as a woman’s role is to provide support.
The mother of five went further to caution young ladies to stop investing in men they don’t see a future with. Spending one’s money on men is ‘hali ya kutumiana’ disguised as dating.
” If you start paying for love in your 20s what will you do in your 40,50s?” she wrote.
