The current most expensive chicken breed is known as Ayami Cemani, it is the most expensive chicken breed in the world where one of them costs $2500 which is equivalent to 250 000 Kenya shillings and if you will need a pair you will probably spend 500 000 Kenya shillings.
What makes the chicken to be very unique is it’s black colour, it’s feathers, blood, bones and meat are all black, even the shell colour of it’s eggs is black, it is mostly used for meat for their taste is more savory when compared to that of other chicken breeds.
