The Pangani, Nairobi, Jubilee Party headquarters building is currently up for auction.
The building will be auctioned on September 13 in Westlands Nairobi, according to an advertisement published by auctioneers on Monday.
Garam Investments Auctioneers organized the auction.
The advertisement stated, “All that land parcel known as LR no 209/1530 Emani Business Centre along Thika Road, Pangani area registered under Farmer Industry Limited, with a plinth size of 34, 000 square feet.”
Before being authorized to place a bid, bidders must present a deposit of Sh5 million in cash or a banker’s check.
In the 2013 and 2017 elections, the Jubilee party’s operational hub was located in Pangani.
