Mama Sarah, arrived at her son’s swearing-in ceremony at the Kasarani Stadium on September 13, 2022, accompanied by a few family members.
She wore a sky blue outfit, a white hat and black flat shoes.

The elderly mother walked majestically on the red carpet, making her way into the stadium as she waved to journalists.
Kenyans were awed by Mama Sarah’s great support for her son, describing her as a strong pillar of her family.
