Moses Wetangula, the leader of the Ford-Kenya party, has challenged ODM leader Raila Odinga to fulfill some of his pledges because he is part of the Jubilee administration.
The principal of Kenya Kwanza argued that Raila is capable of fulfilling some of the promises he has made to Kenyans.
Wetangula, who stated that Raila is the de facto co-president and deputy president of Kenya, asked the opposition chief to use his influence in Uhuru’s government to put Uhuru’s promise to lower food and fertilizer prices into action.
Wetangula said:
“I heard the ODM leader state that in the first 100 days of his presidency, he will lower the food and fertilizer prices. You Mr. Raila Odinga, You are in fact the defacto co-president and deputy president of Kenya, lower prices of food commodities now.”

While speaking at a Kenya Kwanza rally in Nakuru, the Bungoma Senator insisted that their formation is committed to lowering the prices of food commodities and creating job opportunities should they emerge victorious in the August 9th polls.
