Uhuru Kenyatta, a former president, was seen on camera maneuvering a gray truck across a safari landscape.
When he came across a gang of motorcycles looking for his audience, Uhuru was with a group of unidentified people.
In the footage that appeared on Friday, October 21, Kenya’s fourth president stopped the car and spoke with the riders.
“How are you? You travel all around Kenya with your bike? I hope you are having a good time,” Uhuru stated while shaking their hands.
The motorcyclists said they were enjoying the trip of Kenya, confirming the former head of state’s goal.
They also pleaded with him to make time for the trip.
“I will come and join you,” Uhuru replied before an aide stepped in to block the riders from getting too close to his window.
A safari vehicle was visible next to Uhuru’s pickup, suggesting that the footage was likely shot within a game reserve based on the surrounding topography.
Notably, since leaving his position as chairman of the Azimio La Umoja council, he has been visiting Narok county.
According to reports, the former president purchased a 1000-acre parcel of land in Oloolmongi, close to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve.
It was reported that he intended to construct a multimillion dollar tourist lodge next to his ranch.
After turning over power to William Ruto on September 13, 2022, this was the first occasion the 4th President was seen driving by himself.
In the past, Uhuru has driven his own Mercedes G-wagon while still in office.
