Tulirambwa! Miracle Baby finally reveals reasons behind Sailors Group downfall

Sailors member Peter Miracle Baby has now clarified the events that caused the split of Gengetone musical group.

The recent video confession by Miracle Baby has revealed the real reason for their career’s downfall after three years of rumors and accusations.

Miracle Baby made the observation that certain ‘cartels” meddling had a key role in impeding their progress in a video that Mwalimu Rachel uploaded on her Instagram story on Tuesday, 20.

His view is that these people, who were active both domestically and abroad, decided on purpose to discredit Sailors’ music.

A threat to the hegemony of other genres in the Kenyan music business was perceived in the group’s distinctive sound and style, known as Gengetone.

“Kuna wasee wanaitwa macartels Hao wasee wakaa chini wakiwa na huko majuu na wakaambiana muziki tukiwa huku kuna place Africa haifiki.

Ooh mmusic yetu haifiki Kenya, kwa nini? Wakachunguza… Wakakam kunotice ni vijana flani wametokea, mbogi, rende insahikana hivo wanapiga mzuka mbaya… Wanajiita Gengetone,” Miracle baby said.

According to him, they were lured by cartels who pledged to sponsor their music production costs.

Unfortunately, they fell for the lie which later costed them.

“Nyinyi ni pesa mnataka, eeh. Wakaanza kuambia vijana eeh manze tutawaoatianga hii doo mwisho wa mwezi. Tutakuwa tunawalipia studio na tunawalipia video.

“Aah vijana wakiskia hivo wanasema cost ya video na audio imeenda…wacha basi tuendelee na shughuli yetu, wakasign. Pia sisi juu tulikuwa tunataka pesa, tukasign,” he continued.

Responding to Miracle Baby’s allegations, Mwalimu Rachel expressed her disappointment, stating that managing Sailors tarnished her brand.

She pointed out that false accusations, such as theft and sabotaging the group’s career, were made against her.

Despite facing these accusations, Mwalimu Rachel remained resilient and focused on clearing her name in court, ultimately prevailing.

Mwalimu Rachel also shed light on her difficulties during this period, including threats to her life and her son’s.

She acknowledged the toll it took on her emotionally but emphasized her determination to rise above the challenges and refused to let the negativity consume her.

“Because no one will tell my story for me, I will tell it. Stop blaming “cartels” You got greedy. You lacked patience. I warned you. Instead you went out tarnishing my name saying I stole from you 15 million per month. Lol. Sasa kinawaramba. Nilisema one day the truth shall come out. Seems the day is here.”
