Samidoh Muchoki, the star of the Mugithi, and his wife Edday Nderitu are proud parents now that Shirleen has moved on to a new grade.
The 12-year-old, who attends a boarding school, graduated yesterday, and Edday showered her with love by sharing pictures of her wearing a cap and gown.
The mother of three added an encouraging comment to the images of her daughter that read:
“Let your dreams be bigger than your fears, your actions louder than your words, and your faith stronger than your feelings.”
Samidoh praised his daughter for the accomplishment in his comment on his wife’s Facebook, and he wrote:
“Haka kamegraduate mbele yangu aki. I have to pull up my socks now. Congratulations, little mummy.”
Fans of the couple joined them in congratulating their daughter, wishing her well. Samidoh and Edday have three children together, and he has sired two out of wedlock with politician Karen Nyamu.
In June 2022, the singer and his wife celebrated their firstborn child’s 12th birthday on June 14, 2022.
The father of five and his better half organised a small and flashy birthday for their daughter, which was attended by a few friends.
Comedians Prof Hamo and Henry Desagu were the event’s emcees and kept the children entertained.
In photos shared on social media by the emcees, Samidoh can be seen carrying his newborn daughter, standing next to Edday behind their other kids.
The party was hosted in a classroom at Shirleen’s school because she studies in a boarding school. The teenage girl then fed her parents the cake before sharing the remaining with friends.
