“Nauliwa mkiangalia” Jirani Smart employee cries for help as he is canned by boss in office
A video has resurfaced online where an employee is seen being assaulted by his boss in the office at Jirani Smart Micro Credit company in Nyamira.
His colleagues are helplessly watching the man being beaten as he cries for help.
It’s unclear why the said boss decided to take law into his hands.

The company has since released a statement condemning the assault. According to the memo from the Team Leader, Kennedy Muthama, he says the victim Charles Nyaachi was assaulted by fellow staff member over fraud allegations.
“I recognize the anger and hopelessness that many of you may be feeling. Please know that I stand with you and support you,” Muthama says.
