Mueni Bahati was the highlight of the talent show held at her school on Friday, July 26. Singing her father’s song “Lala Amka,” the 8-year-old displayed a remarkable musical talent that runs in the family.
Yvette Obura, Mueni’s mother, expressed her joy during the performance.
The young girl confidently made her debut in front of the school audience, leaving a lasting impression and receiving cheerful applause.
“Look who performed with daddy,” said Yvette, accompanied by several heart emojis.
Dressed in a two-piece red trouser outfit, young Mueni held her microphone while a group of girls provided backup vocals and dancing. “Look at my daughter y’all,” Yvette captioned a video from the crowd, capturing that defining moment.
Bahati also got emotional, writing about his proud dad moment: “It’s My Daughter’s @Mueni_Bahati School Talents Day, so @Majestybahati and I went to watch her perform 😊 #ProudDad.”
Diana, who was not present, commented under Bahati’s post: “They are proud to call you Dad! Thank you for being a present dad in their lives ❤️❤️❤️.”
On the part of her father Bahati, he had to say this:
“Today I got Emotional 😍😍😍 My Daughter Surprised me with a First time Musical Performance During their schools Talents & Career Day; I am Proud to be called your Daddy @Mueni_Bahati ❤️❤️❤️”
