As the country prepares for the August 9 elections, Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has stated that the Azimio La Umoja camp is not an option for him.
Kuria claimed he will always be on the winning side while speaking in Kiambu County on Tuesday during the funeral of the mother of former Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu.
“…Kuna kitu ninajua, pengine sijui pahali niliko lakini najua pahali siko,” Kuria explained.
He went on to say:
“Unajua kwa hii uhai mimi ndio ninajiamulia, hakuna siku utanipata kwa Azimio, hakuna siku utanipata kwa Azimio…lakini hata nikikufa, msinipeleke kwa Azimio.”
Kuria, the Chama Cha Kazi party’s leader, has been unpredictable in his coalition creation for 2022.
Kuria recently met with OKA principals and announced that they had agreed to collaborate.
He claimed he informed them that if they team up with Azimio, he will not join them.
According to the MP, the Jubilee Party’s popularity in the region will soon wane.
“Jubilee itasahaulika kama duka ya kamisi.”
