Digital Health Agency Invites Kenyans to logo design competition

The Ministry of Health, through its newly established Digital Health Agency (DHA), has unveiled an exciting opportunity for Kenyans to showcase their creativity and leave a lasting mark on the nation’s healthcare transformation.

The DHA, a State Corporation formed under the Digital Health Act No. 15 of 2023, is tasked with developing and managing a Comprehensive Integrated Health Information System to streamline digital healthcare systems and infrastructure across the country.

In a bid to enhance its public visibility and foster engagement, the DHA has launched a Logo Design Competition, inviting eligible participants to create a visual identity that encapsulates the agency’s mission and vision.

How to Participate

Interested bidders can obtain tender documents with detailed guidelines from two sources:

  • The Ministry of Health website: www.health.go.ke
  • The Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP).

The documents will be available for download from Tuesday, 26th November 2024, to Tuesday, 17th December 2024. Participants who download the documents must email their contact information to procurement@dha.go.ke to receive updates, clarifications, and site access details.

Submission and Deadlines

Participants must ensure timely submission of their bids. Tenders should be placed in the DHA Tender Box on the 9th Floor of the SHA Building, located along Ragati Road, no later than:

  • Date: Tuesday, 17th December 2024
  • Time: 11:00 a.m. local time

Shortly after the deadline, the Ministry will conduct a public opening of the bids at the same venue, in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.

This public forum underscores the Ministry’s commitment to transparency and fairness in the tendering process.

Why Participate?

By designing a logo, participants will play a role in shaping the identity of an agency dedicated to improving health information management and digital healthcare infrastructure.
